Website:  Our website server temporarily stores information about user access, including Data such as the IP address, the date and time of visiting our website, the name and URL of files accessed, the website (referrer URL) from which access is made, name and version of the used web browser, operating system of the computer from which the website is visited, name of the internet service provider.  This Data is used to ensure smooth connection setup, reliable use of the website, evaluation of the system security, as well as for administrative purposes.  Our website may also use cookies to improve functionality.  For hosting our website, we rely on a domestic, Swiss service providers which – to our knowledge – stores our information and Data received from website users only on servers located in Switzerland.

Contact form:  Using the Contact Form: The contact form on our website (“Contact Form”) enables you to contact us.  For using the contact form, you need to enter your name and e-mail address.  Any Data inputted by you in the Consent Form will be processed and stored by us to answering to your request.  Your consent and our legitimate interest in processing your request provide the basis of this data collection, processing, and storage.  The Data collected in this way will be deleted within 30 days of your respective request.  Whenever you rely on the Contact Form for communication with us, you accept the inherent risk to the Data contained in and connected with this means of communication.
